Projektledning är något som jag är säker på att varje chef skulle uppskatta en hjälpande hand med vilket är syftet med Studiometry - ett projektledningssystem som gör det möjligt för dig att hantera dina arbetsprojekt.

Studiometry passar antingen för frilansare eller de inom ett arbetslag. Den initiala gränssnittet kan vara lite överväldigande till en början men lyckligtvis finns det några användbara handledningar i Hjälpmenyn. När du har lärt dig grunderna i programmet kan du börja skapa nya projekt, lägga till kunder och anpassa det efter dina behov. Mängden alternativ och anpassningsmöjligheter i Studiometry är extremt omfattande. Studiometry kan lagra information om kunder, kontakter, projekt, att göra-listor, betalningar, tidtagare, fakturor, rapporter, anställda och mer. Det har också nätverksalternativ, flera valutor (med växelkurser som uppdateras automatiskt), projekt- och kundstatus och mer.

Det råder ingen tvekan om att Studiometry generellt sett riktar sig till en nordamerikansk publik - särskilt när det gäller skattefunktioner - så europeiska användare kan tycka att det är lite begränsande. Den senaste versionen av Studiometry har uppdaterats med över 100 nya funktioner som användare på båda sidor av Atlanten kan njuta av. Dessa inkluderar möjligheten att arkivera gamla projekt, fakturaspåraren är nu integrerad i huvudfönstret och en ny funktion för betalningskvitton låter dig skriva ut eller mejla en kvittning att skicka till dina kunder.
